Gayle-inspired KKR beat Punjab by 11 runs

Durban, April 21: Chasing a modest total of 159 runs for victory, KKR were off to flying start led by Chris Gayle and Brendon McCullum. However KKR’s march was halted when rain disrupted the proceedings in Kingsmead as Kolkata scored 79/1 in 9.2 overs. Kolkata eventually were declared winner by 11 runs courtesy Duckworth Lewis rule.
